We’ve owned this Moody 34 for 3 years and have enjoyed sailing her around the Solent. She is in good condition and prior to us has been maintained by her various owners. In 2024 she has had new custom designed cockpit covers, in 2022 she underwent a significant upgrade, this included new standing and running rigging, a new mast, boom and furlex with all reefing lines routed to the cockpit. In addition the wheel autopilot was replaced with a Raymarine Linear drive. In 2017 she had a new North Shore main & Genoa sails, new prop shaft & seal, new Raymarine Chart Plotters at the Nav Station & Helm added in 2011.
Aside from these extensive updates, this boat offers 6 good sized berths including the impressive Owners Cabin aft, that has a double bed, additional seating and good wardrobe space with room to get changed and ready. In the forepeak, it has a generous double berth and the main cabin doubles as the extra 2 berths. The saloon has lots of seating for all the crew, a Nav Station, Heads with shower, and linear galley with oven, hob & sink as well as the hot water fed from the calorifier. Her decks are all in good condition with non slip coating. She is currently lying Southampton.
